Simply Hired's feed system is designed to use XML or a set of characters (ex: "##"). We do not take RSS-XML feeds.

For XML files, although we give slight preference to our own Simply Hired XML Format, we can still map most other reasonable XML formats correctly, if the required fields are present. Please contact us to see if we can take your XML feed as is.
