How can I get a refund?
When job seekers respond to your job listing, you pay to reveal the contact information for the ones that you think may be a good match. The per-reveal fee that you pay is not refundable, so be careful in who you select to reveal and be sure to respond to interested applicants right away. SimplyHired does not issue refunds unless a system malfunction caused a problem or your account was deactivated without cause. If you believe one of these situations applies to you, then submit a request for a refund and our customer support team will review the situation.
Accounts that violate our Terms of Service will be deactivated and are not entitled to a refund. For more information on why an account may be deactivated, see Why was my account deactivated?
