At SimplyHired, you pay to reveal contact information of applicants you deem qualified and wish to contact. SimplyHired cannot guarantee that applicants will respond when you contact them or that applicants are still available for employment at that time.

The best way to minimize the risk of applicants not responding or being available is to act quickly.

  • Review applications as soon as they are submitted.

  • When you find a qualified applicant, pay to reveal their contact information and contact them promptly.

  • Keep in mind that you may need to use more than one form of communication when contacting an applicant (such as both email and a phone call), and be prepared to follow up with additional emails or phone calls if necessary.
