Inform unsuccessful applicants

If your role permits, follow these steps to inform unsuccessful applicants that you are no longer considering them for the job posting.

You can do this at any stage in the hiring process.

To reject the applicant (move to the Not Interested list)

  1. On the  Applicants page, find and select the applicant in the applicant list.

  2. Select Not Interested.

  3. If there is an email associated with the Not Hired stage, it is listed on the Change Stage form, by default selected.

    Select Confirm to move the applicant to the Not Interested list and send the selected email.
