Workflows are a great way to automate communications with applicants as you move them through the hiring stages. If your role permits, you can set up custom workflows. See Add a custom workflow.
Follow these steps to view the list of default and custom workflows.
To view the list of workflows
- In the upper-right corner, select your initials > Settings.
- On the Workflows tab, view the list of default and custom workflows.
To view a specific workflow, find it in the list and do the following:
- To view a default workflow, click or tap anywhere on its row.
- To view a custom workflow, select its Edit button.
- When finished viewing the workflow, click ←Back to list to return to all workflows.
