When will my credit card be charged?

When you post a job listing, you will be informed of what the per-reveal fee will be. This fee is what is charged to reveal the contact information for those job seekers who respond to your listing and who you think might be a close match to what you need. For more details, see How much does SimplyHired cost?

The quoted per-reveal fee is added to your account as soon as you reveal contact information. Each time you reveal the contact information for a new applicant, the new fee is added.

Any credits in your account expire at 12 AM UTC at the end of each month.

There are two scenarios for when your credit card will be charged with the amount in your account:

  • $250 intervals — The amount due on your account is automatically charged to your credit card any time your unpaid balance reaches $250, then the remaining balance will be charged at the end of the month.
  • Monthly — If your balance is less than $250 then your credit card will be charged at the end of the month.

In both these scenarios, you can review your charges at any time on your Billings page, and a Billing Statement will be emailed to you each month.

For more information, see How much detail is provided on billing statements?, and learn more about SimplyHired’s billing starting in our About billing article.
