Manage stages in a workflow

Manage stages in a workflow

If your role permits, you can add, delete, rename, and reorder stages in a workflow.

You can also manage stages for a specific job posting. See Edit a job posting. Actions you take for stages in a specific job posting do not affect the workflow template.

  2. On the Workflows tab, find the workflow in the list and select Edit.

  3. Go to the bottom of the workflow stage list and select Add new workflow stage. Enter a name for this stage and select Add stage.

  4. Add stage items. Select the stage’s Add stage item button and select an item from the drop-down list. The available items depend on the stage.
