If your role permits, follow these steps to change another user’s email address.
For verification purposes, you must provide your account password.
To change a user’s email address
In the upper-right corner, select your name > Settings.
On the Users tab, find the user whose email address you want to change and select View. (Alternatively, click or tap anywhere on the user’s row.)
Select Change Email.
On the Change Email form, enter the new email address and provide your account password.
When ready, select Change Email.
