Assessments provide a way to ask your applicants questions that are tailored to the required qualifications of either the specific job posting or to your company. Assessments are an efficient means of pruning your applicant pool to the most qualified applicants. You can use assessments as stage items in your hiring workflows. You may create as many assessments you need. For example, you might set up assessments for the common types of positions your company hires for. Once you create an assessment, it can be used repeatedly for future job posts as needed.
When you create a new assessment, you will specify the questions and the type of answer that the applicant can provide for each question.
