If your role permits, follow these steps to edit an assessment. Any workflows using the assessment will be updated with the changes you make.
To edit an assessment
In the upper-right corner, select your initials > Settings.
On the Templates tab, select Assessments.
Find the assessment you want to edit and select Edit.
On the Edit Assessment form, you can edit the assessment name, if needed. If you want to add question or edit questions or answer choices in the assessment, select Add Question.
Selecting that button causes the assessment to be saved.
As needed, add, edit, and delete questions. Use the techniques described in Add an assessment.
When finished editing, select the form’s X button to close.
