Send an assessment to an applicant
If your role permits, you can send an assessment to the applicant. You can also view the answers to an applicant's assessment.
To send an assessment to the applicant
- From the
Jobs page, click on a job posting to see the Applicants page for that job posting.
- Find and select the applicant. See Search for a revealed applicant.
- Open the Assessments tab and select Send Assessment.

On the Send Assessment form, make selections and type the text of the email message sent with the assessment:
- Make a selection in the From dropdown list. You can select either yourself as the sender, or your organization.
- The Default Assessment Invitation is automatically selected as the email template and its text populates the Subject and Message fields. You can edit this default text. You can also select a different email template from the dropdown list.

Type new text or edit the default text for the Subject and the Message. Use the formatting bar to change the font, size, weight, color, etc. of the text.
- Select the assessment to send from the dropdown list, or select Create a new assessment to create a new assessment. Use the techniques described in Add an assessment.

Select Send
You'll see the assessment listed along with the date it was sent. When the applicant completes the assessment, a completed date is shown.
To view an applicant's assessment answers
- From the
Jobs page, click on a job posting to see the Applicants page for that job posting.
- Find and select the applicant. See Search for a revealed applicant.
- Open the Assessments tab and select View for an assessment that has been completed.
