If a new user says they did not receive the invitation to join the company account, you can resend the invitation.
To resend an invitation to a new user
- In the upper-right corner, select your name > Settings.
- On the Users tab, find the user you want to resend the invitation to and select View.
- In the upper-right corner of the user profile, select Resend Invitation.
