How do I change a user’s role?

There are two kinds of roles:

  • Account-specific roles, which grant users special permissions to access different features of the ATS Hiring Platform. If your role permits, you can change a user’s account-specific role by following the steps in Edit a user’s profile. You cannot change your own account-specific role.
  • Hiring-team roles grant users permissions associated with specific job postings they are assigned to. If your role permits, you can change a user’s hiring-team role by following the steps in Assign a job posting’s hiring team.
